How we grade devices
Every device goes through the same routine: a full functional check, a battery health test, an inspection of the screen and chassis, and a factory reset before it is listed. Anything that fails the check is either repaired properly or sold as a clearly-labelled parts device.
We use a simple four-step grade — Like New, Excellent, Good and Fair. The grade describes cosmetic wear only. If something is functioning below par, it does not make it to the catalogue.
