Terms of service

These terms cover orders, reservations, trade-ins and buy-backs with Swiss Technology, Al Ammar bin Yasir St, Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. By ordering, reserving or selling a device to us you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Devices and grading
All devices are pre-owned. Condition grades are our own assessment of cosmetic wear, not a manufacturer certification; every listed device is fully functional. Battery health figures are read when the device is listed and may drift slightly with normal use.
Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. Listed prices may change without notice, but the price on your order once we've confirmed it is the price you pay. Instalment plans offered through third parties are subject to the provider's own approval and terms.
Online orders
Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. We'll confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp and tell you when it's ready. Unless we've agreed delivery with you, orders are collected from our store and paid for there using the methods shown at checkout. If a device is no longer available or a listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order — you won't be charged.
Reservations
A reservation holds a device for 24 hours. A reservation is not a completed sale — we will confirm the details with you by phone or WhatsApp. Reservations that are not confirmed within the hold period are released back to the catalogue.
Warranty
Certified devices include a 7-day warranty from the date you collect the device (or receive it, if we deliver). The warranty covers functional faults that were not described in the listing. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or tampering after purchase.
Returns
If a device develops a covered fault within the warranty period, bring it back with your invoice and we will repair or replace it, or refund you if neither is possible. Devices must be returned in the condition they were sold in.
Trade-ins and buy-backs
Sending a trade-in request doesn't commit either of us. Quotes are indicative until we physically inspect the device. You confirm that any device you sell to us is your own property and is not reported lost or stolen. We may ask for proof of identity and record the device's serial / IMEI number.
Liability
We take reasonable care to describe every device accurately. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown here when you place an order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman.
