Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address, and your address only if we deliver to you.
• Orders and reservations — the devices, prices, payment and collection status, and the tax invoice for each purchase.
• Device serial / IMEI numbers — for devices we sell to you or buy from you, so we can honour the warranty and check a device isn't reported lost or stolen.
• Messages — what you send through our contact, reservation or trade-in forms or on WhatsApp, and notes our staff make about your order (for example that we called you).
• Technical data — your IP address, kept for a short time to stop abuse of our forms, and standard server logs.

We also count how often each product page is viewed. Those counts aren't linked to you.

How we use it

• To confirm and prepare your order or reservation and let you know when it's ready.
• To issue tax invoices and keep the sales and buy-back records the law requires.
• To handle warranty claims, returns and refunds.
• To value and buy devices you sell or trade in.
• To answer your questions, and to keep the website and our records secure.

We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Cookies and your browser

Your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser, not on our servers, and are cleared when you empty them or clear your browser storage. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is the sign-in cookie for our own staff.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with:

• the company that hosts our website and database, which stores it on our behalf;
• WhatsApp (Meta), for conversations you choose to have with us there;
• authorities such as the police or the Federal Tax Authority, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Orders, invoices and buy-back records are kept for at least five years, as UAE VAT rules require. Enquiries that didn't lead to a sale are deleted once we no longer need them to help you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except records we're legally required to keep. Contact us on WhatsApp, by email or in store, and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
